Sofiya Chin
FOUNDER, CEO

Sofiya has always had a passion for hospitality and business, which led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management at École hôtelière de Lausanne. Throughout her studies, Sofiya eagerly immersed herself in the hospitality industry by working in Operations, Events and Marketing. After completing her education, she joined a leading luxury PR & Marketing agency as a PR Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 27 world-renowned luxury hotels.
With her wide international experience in the hospitality sector and an ambition to creating value in the direction of sustainability, Sofiya founded Balance Hospitality in April 2021 and is also Chief executive officer. Determined to bring her vision of true balance to life, she assembled a team of specialists and united them under a common goal.
Minh Le
CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Minh is the Chief Investment Officer at Balance Finance and Investment Company (BFIC) which invests in a range of sectors ranging from circular-economy agriculture, real estate, construction and hospitality to software & technology.
Before joining BFIC, Minh honed his expertise as an investment manager at Sunsuper Superannuation Fund (now Australian Retirement Trust) where he specialized in asset allocation, investment strategies and portfolio analytics. Minh also worked at Westpac Banking Corporation as a market risk quant in which he managed the bank’s trading book derivative analytics including model validation, product testing and daily Value at Risk calculation.​
Johan Lindholm

Johan holds the position of Director of Operations at Balance Hospitality. Apart from developing and executing an operational model for Balance Hospitality, he is a major mentoring figure, whose biggest passion is to transform short-term mindsets into long-term successes. By using simplified and logical languages, he dedicates himself to translating global proven business models into local cost-effective, measurable and actionable results.
As a visionary expert with over 34 years of experience, Johan has been at the forefront of strategic development and operations for some of the world’s most luxurious hotels and resorts. Throughout his illustrious career, Johan has held executive positions and masterfully managed multi-million dollar budgets for top-tier industry players such as Hilton Hotel Corporation, Star Entertainment Groups, VinGroup and T&T Group.
Ngo Dang Duy

Duy is Human Capital Director at Balance Hospitality and takes care of talent acquisition. He is also responsible for developing and retaining top talent while aligning their efforts with the overall goals at Balance Hospitality.
Duy has over 12 years of experience the hospitality and service industries working for prestigious corporations such as VinGroup, IHG, Ascott, and Onyx Hospitality Group. He has consistently delivered results by developing innovative organization structures, creating vibrant company cultures, establishing effective policies that supported each company’s growth and development.
